30-Day Return Policy

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all original accessories (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos (if your item arrived damaged or defective)

Our support team will provide you with the return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
